It was easy to book the service over the phone, and the car was ready in good time, despite the fact that extra work was required which could not have been anticipated. (Two new tyres were needed because of sidewall problems.)

The sales executive ( Gavin O'grady) is very knowledgeable of the product and always makes it easy to build the vehicle i want. He then continues to keep me up to date with the progress of the build and delivery progress.
Not hurried and all aspects explained . Was apprehensive as due to covid restrictions had never sat ,seen or driven the new car i purchased . Felt the salesman dealt with this situation very well and put me mind at rest very quickly.
One star deducted as Covid restrictions make it difficult to go the extra mile. E.g a cup of coffee whilst waiting would have been nice.

It was very good. It would have be great to be able to take the car out for a test drive and drive it out of the show room but this was out of all our hands. The experience provide given the situation was great
