I love the update being sent whilst car is in service.

Could not be faulted. Even under present Covid restrictions, the service staff were polite, efficient and cheerful.
It was easy to book the service over the phone, and the car was ready in good time, despite the fact that extra work was required which could not have been anticipated. (Two new tyres were needed because of sidewall problems.)

Given the limitations of Covid, the operatives did a fine job in handling my visit ensuring that maximum protection was offered to me while carrying out the service work.
I would have given full marks had my car been cleaned as promised. It was as muddy as I handed it over when I picked it up. I found it a bit amusing and I wasn't overly bothered but it did make me laugh.
All went well from sale to collection. Side note - when buying from Mercedes they give you a gift in the boot as a nice touch. Nothing from BMW so I still walk around with a MERC umbrella. Just saying!!

It was very good. It would have be great to be able to take the car out for a test drive and drive it out of the show room but this was out of all our hands. The experience provide given the situation was great
