Alex was very helpfull whilst purchasing the car explaining any new features on the car and the paperwork/process required to part exchange and pay the differenance. The handover went smoothly and was an enjoyable experience.

They have been most helpful all the way through the process, from initial enquiry and test drive to the delivery of the car. The only down has been the 10 months wait but that was due to BMW in Germany not making the car.

Car purchase was straight forward, I know what car I'd like before I started and it was then a matter of doing the paperwork etc. Spoke to 3 or 4 employees at the centre and all could answer my questions and was pleasant to talk with.

Completely satisfied with the purchase but there were some glitches in the final delivery process. I have given a 5* rating as Oliver Mann very quickly rectified the issues and agreed compensation.

Everything was satisfactory at the dealership but i had difficulty trying to contact them by telephone on 3 occasions. On one occasion it took me almost 15 mins to get through to anyone. A team member in branch acknowledged this was a known concern.

I arrived at 8am and from the minute I got there the staff could not do enough to make my visit both comfortable and informative. Although my car was called in for re-call (airbag) I was treated so well by all staff. Would I recommend a visit YES.

Due to a delay with spare parts I needed to cancel appointments. The service advisor was polite and accommodating, pity there was no loan car. The motor engineer made an early start in an attempt to speed up the repair. A balanced outcome.

Very poor communication. No answer on phone lines. Took 2 weeks to reset PPS with no progreee reports. No courtesy valet. Car came back dirtier than delivered as dealership is next to a building site. Overall a very poor service.

I pre-booked over the phone WELL in advance of my MOT - but wasn't able to book a hot desk, while-you-wait MOT, courtesey car, lift to work, or a car collection/drop-off. I had to walk to work - not a great experience for a premium brand.

Technician stuck by his word and would not retest - rear tyres he measured at 5mm and have been on the car for 14 months with 40k miles - fronts had been on 3weeks and done 3k miles which he also recorded them at 5mm - they were 7.43mm

The standard service II was carried out as expected and the car needed a battery, however the MOT inspection revealed a damaged tyre whilst this was expensive I was pleased with the work and that the tyre was discovered before danger occurred.

Dealer damaged CID/satnav screen and claimed it happened spontaneously in the minutes before I collected it, Damaged ventilation slats behind heating/aircon panel without telling us. Fault re-occurred, multiple promises of a call back did not happen.

We could drop the car off at a time that suited ourselves. The car was dealt with, within the day,washed and ready to collect at the end of the day. And we were kept informed throughout the process.

My opinion of inchcape was based on Mini and not good from the past, taking the mini in for one thing and them offering to do a service when asked if it needed it they said no. My opinion has been changed by Paris the young lady who looked after us.

I gave a 9, as when I collected my car and started the engine the air pressure for the back tyres came up before I left the garage. As it was late I decided to go home and get the tyres pumped at the farm and to the correct levels. I appreciate this

Grease marks on headlining not removed as agreed Dash cam no longer working and was left disconnected. If staff disconnect it they should reconnect it and check it is working again. Now I have to waste my precious time in coming back to Inchcape
