Great service and communication
All of my requirements were met at a reasonable cost, the staff were excellent and I believe I recieved a high standard of service.
Staff were efficient and professional with a friendly touch . Gave me the hire car with no fuss . A big improvement on my previous experience under coopers , well done .
The problem was identified and fixed in a day!

I was given a time to arrive, not kept waiting, cleaning procedures were very good and the car was ready quicker than I had hoped.
The work was finished as told it would be and was informed during the service any extras needed. Which was all completed when car was collected.

I had the problem on a Sunday called into the centre and was given clear advice on what I needed to do.All staff I have dealt with were professional and also seemed to care about my problem and wanted to help.

Car was Mot'd and ready in good time. Needed new tyres and we were kept up to date with what was happening. Car was ready in good time also.

They found a dangerous fault with both rear tyres which I rectified.
My issue was handheld from start to finish and I was kept updated consistently over the week period that my car was with the team. Special call out to Chris Yeomans who went above and beyond with the excellent customer service he delivered.

Only charged me for full works carried out, even though I selected the wrong options when booking. Didn't charge me for investigation on an issue that couldn't be identified in the end.

Excellent experience from the first contact to the actual picking up of the new car. We had a certain set of criteria that we needed meeting and your sales representative met and surpassed them.
Went out of their way to give me a good deal. I was disappointed when BMW informed my garage that I would have to remove Harman Kardon from my original order due to chip shortages but they found me another car with everything I wanted.

Not hurried and all aspects explained . Was apprehensive as due to covid restrictions had never sat ,seen or driven the new car i purchased . Felt the salesman dealt with this situation very well and put me mind at rest very quickly.
One star deducted as Covid restrictions make it difficult to go the extra mile. E.g a cup of coffee whilst waiting would have been nice.
