Well what can I say 5 star all the way
I would have given full marks had my car been cleaned as promised. It was as muddy as I handed it over when I picked it up. I found it a bit amusing and I wasn't overly bothered but it did make me laugh.
Given the limitations of Covid, the operatives did a fine job in handling my visit ensuring that maximum protection was offered to me while carrying out the service work.
All went well from sale to collection. Side note - when buying from Mercedes they give you a gift in the boot as a nice touch. Nothing from BMW so I still walk around with a MERC umbrella. Just saying!!

It was very good. It would have be great to be able to take the car out for a test drive and drive it out of the show room but this was out of all our hands. The experience provide given the situation was great
James was very attentive throughout the process and found me a great car that fitted my budget.
It was always going to be a very different experience with the COVID restrictions but I feel like James made the whole process very easy and stress free.
